Delivery & Returns

Returning a product on monthawk.com is a free and simple procedure. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back the sold product within 14 days from the date of collection or Home Delivery of the product. Return and Exchange is subject to the following term and conditions:

1.The product should be accompanied by the Original Sales Invoice.

2.The product must be in the original condition and packaging material.

Products purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded only to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction.

Service and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the Customer.
